About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you play a key role in the client experience. You will work alongside financial professionals to provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products. This 10-week summer internship offers exposure to personal investing and financial planning while you build business, communication, and relationship-building skills. You will be part of the FIDTERN program, which includes coaching, mentorship, and professional development events.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and support with investment products.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support business-critical initiatives.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
- Gain knowledge of the financial services industry.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a junior in an undergraduate program.
- An interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty and provide an outstanding client experience.

- Location: Naples, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
