About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work at a Fidelity Investor Center alongside financial professionals. This full-time, 10-week summer internship provides exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will participate in the FIDTERN program, which includes professional development, networking, and mentorship to help you grow your understanding of the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Complete work assignments to build your knowledge of financial services.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify ways to improve current processes.
- Contribute ideas and support branch initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student in your junior year.
- You have an interest in investing and wealth management.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship with a salary range of $20 to $32 per hour.
