About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work directly with financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while supporting the client experience. This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship running from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Assist with a broad range of investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Participate in significant work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Support branch initiatives and contribute fresh perspectives.
- Join professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities through the FIDTERN program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior undergraduate student.
- An interest in investing and wealth management.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience and active involvement in student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and strong collaborative problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty while providing an outstanding experience.

- This position is based on-site in Irving, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
