About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. This 10-week, full-time summer internship provides exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will participate in the FIDTERN program, which includes coaching, mentorship, and professional development events.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Take on work assignments to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop communication, business, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with your team to address business challenges and support critical initiatives.
- Identify process improvements and share your perspective to improve client outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program, majoring in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- An interest in wealth management and investing.
- Experience in retail, sales, banking, or customer service.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- A basic understanding of the economy, current market, and economic trends.
- A commitment to providing a high-quality customer experience.

- This is a paid, full-time internship located on-site in Marlton, New Jersey.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
