About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work directly with financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in personal investing and financial planning while contributing to business-critical initiatives. You will be fully integrated into the team and encouraged to share your own perspectives.
What you'll do#
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges and identify ways to improve processes.
- Support branch initiatives and participate in significant work assignments.
- Take part in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities designed to strengthen your industry knowledge.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate student in your junior year.
- You have a clear interest in investing and wealth management.
- You bring previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- You have demonstrated leadership through student organizations or other roles.
- You possess a professional demeanor and strong collaborative problem-solving skills.
- You have a basic understanding of the current market, the economy, and economic trends.
- You are capable of promoting customer loyalty.

- This position is based on-site at the Investor Center in Perrysburg, Ohio.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
