About the role#
The Shared Services Group supports business operations by implementing technology solutions and defining project requirements. As an intern, you will gain practical experience in the Supervision and Regulation, Credit Risk, and Statistics division. You will work on-site in Cleveland, Ohio, during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Apply security and audit access requirements to support users and projects.
- Perform periodic access reviews to validate permissions and resolve discrepancies.
- Provision, modify, and de-provision user access to support business operations.
- Document access management processes and maintain records for audit readiness.
- Investigate and resolve access-related issues across teams.
- Communicate access policies and procedures to end users.
- Develop system requirements and use cases for business functionality.
- Participate in testing during the development cycle.
- Provide analytical support by reviewing data sources, making recommendations, and preparing reports.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Entering your sophomore year or beyond with at least one semester left to complete.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access.
- Familiarity with data access tools.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Capacity to work both independently and within a group setting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder.
Location & details#
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 to 12 weeks, 40 hours per week).
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: $20.50 to $26.00 per hour.
