About the role#
This is a year-round internship within the Commercial Excellence Lab at Faurecia. This team focuses on bringing analytical talent and new technology into the sales division. You will work across functions, including finance, engineering, and operations, to identify areas for improvement. This role requires you to move beyond routine support by questioning existing processes and building practical solutions.
What you'll do#
- Participate in recurring sales activities to learn how the business and its customers operate.
- Analyze data to spot inefficiencies, delays, and risks.
- Develop tools, models, and dashboards to support new processes.
- Test proposed solutions with specific teams or customer accounts.
- Lead workshops to share your observations and recommendations.
- Explore how technology and AI can reduce repetitive work.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, economics, physics, computer science, business, statistics, or engineering.
- Ability to solve complex problems and work with imperfect data.
- Skill in explaining complex ideas in a simple, structured way.
- Willingness to collaborate with people from different backgrounds and functions.
- Interest in understanding how a global organization functions.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
