About the role#
Schumacher is hiring a part-time intern to assist our marketing teams. You will work on a variety of projects, including event support, digital campaigns, and the creation of marketing collateral. This role requires someone who is comfortable with both administrative tasks and long-term projects.
What you'll do#
- Support marketing teams on projects such as catalog production, marketing emails, and product promotion.
- Assist the event team with planning and execution.
- Manage digital assets by uploading images to Dropbox and keeping folders organized.
- Handle logistical tasks, including organizing product samples, maintaining spreadsheets, and performing administrative duties like printing and filing.
- Fact-check marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct research to help develop product storytelling.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Scrupulous attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to handle tasks of all sizes, including running errands.
- Ability to work in a setting with shifting priorities.
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Media Studies.
