About the role#
F&G is hiring an intern for the Process Improvement team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work with business unit leaders and subject matter experts to identify, document, and analyze business processes. This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Process Improvement and involves interaction with multiple departments across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Map current and future state business processes.
- Collect and analyze data to find inefficiencies, waste, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and flow diagrams.
- Track and report on KPIs related to process performance.
- Support project teams with scheduling, coordination, and status tracking.
- Research automation opportunities, such as RPA and AI-enabled tools.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership regarding your findings.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
- Maintain an organized and accurate repository of process documentation.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current pursuit of a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Capability to perform sedentary work, which includes long periods of sitting and computer use.
