About the role#
Euna Solutions is seeking a Legal Associate Co-op to join the team for the Fall 2026 term. This role reports to the SaaS Analyst/Contracts Manager and involves supporting the Legal and Finance Operations functions on various internal projects. You will collaborate across departments, including Sales and Customer Success, to assist with daily tasks and ad hoc requests.
What you'll do#
- Data Management & Analysis: Work closely with various departments to conduct data analysis exercises and enhance functional processes.
- Contracts Tasks & Projects: Assist Legal, Sales, and Customer Success teams with locating contracts, uploading documents into the contract management system, and supporting contract renewals.
- Vendor Management: Ensure compliance with customer requirements for vendor registration.
- Collaboration: Manage ad hoc requests from finance and accounting teams as required.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Co-Op program, pursuing a diploma or degree in Legal, Finance, Business Administration, Political Science, or Communications.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within internal teams.
Location & details#
- Location: Oakville, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
- Compensation: $22/hour.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September to December).
