About the role#
Euna Solutions is seeking an Accounting Co-op Associate to support the finance team with special projects and daily operations. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Accounting and involves collaboration across finance, accounting, sales, and customer success departments. You will assist with tasks related to accounts receivable, billing, collections, and revenue reporting while gaining exposure to various financial processes.
What you'll do#
- Perform data cleanup exercises to enhance functional processes.
- Update customers regarding internal changes.
- Post entries related to customer payments.
- Assist with sales tax projects.
- Manage ad-hoc requests from finance and accounting teams.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records and improve the organization of documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Co-op program.
- Working toward a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Intermediate Excel.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Location & details#
- Location: Oakville, Ontario (Hybrid, 3 days per week in-office).
- Compensation: $21-23 per hour.
- Employment type: Full-time Co-op.
