About the role#
The Engineering Co-Op position focuses on gaining hands-on, practical experience within a manufacturing environment. You will work alongside various departments to contribute to ongoing projects and gain insight into industry practices.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on projects, including brainstorming, research, and analysis.
- Gather data, analyze trends, and provide insights on specific topics.
- Create and maintain reports, presentations, and other essential documentation.
- Shadow experienced professionals to learn day-to-day tasks.
- Attend meetings and workshops to engage in discussions and record notes.

Location & details#
- Location: Cherokee, Alabama.
- Term: Rolling.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Part-time.
- Compensation: $22.66 per hour for the 1st term, $23.18 for the 2nd term, and $23.69 for the 3rd term.
- Housing Stipend: $1,000 net at the start of each semester with a signed lease, plus $750 net each month while actively employed.
- Benefits: Paid holidays after 90 days (starting in the 2nd term).
