About the role#
This position is part of a self-directed, cross-trained team at Oak Crossing in Detroit Lakes. You will work in a home-like environment to provide holistic, resident-centered care. This is a part-time, casual role that requires a day and evening shift rotation.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct resident care.
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks.
- Support dietary and activity functions.
- Coordinate patient care following facility policies and programs.
What you'll need#
- You must pass the educational component and receive your certificate of completion within 4 months of your hire date.
- An interest in long-term care is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is helpful but not required.
