Management Trainee Internship - Summer 2027

About the role#

This paid internship offers university students the opportunity to gain professional business and leadership experience. Interns take on responsibilities similar to first and second-year full-time professionals, working in a team-based environment to learn the fundamentals of running a successful business.

What you'll do#

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Provide direct support and service to customers.
• Create and implement marketing strategies.
• Build professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a full-time Senior in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than May 2028.
• A minimum of three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Relevant majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Finance, and Economics.

• Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.
• Term: Summer 2027 (10-12 week commitment starting in May).
• Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Part-time, minimum of 20 hours per week.
