About the role#
The Management Trainee Internship provides hands-on experience in business and leadership. You will work at a rental branch in the St. Louis area, taking on challenges similar to our full-time staff. This is a paid, 10-12 week program designed to help you build professional skills in a team environment.
What you'll do#
- Manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Assist customers with their needs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Build professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete assigned intern projects.
- Participate in friendly competition with your peers.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior enrolled full-time with a graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- You have at least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or management.
- You hold a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- Your driving record must be free of drug or alcohol related convictions from the past 5 years.
- You are authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship.
- You can commit to a 10-12 week schedule starting between mid-May and August.
