About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based at our rental branches in Columbia, Missouri. You will work alongside our full-time professionals to gain experience in business operations and leadership. This program runs for 10 to 12 weeks, starting between mid-May and August 2027.
What you'll do#
You will learn how to run a business by taking on daily challenges similar to those faced by our management trainees. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a fleet of vehicles.
- Assisting customers directly.
- Creating and executing marketing strategies.
- Building relationships with both customers and your coworkers.
- Completing assigned intern projects.
- Engaging in friendly competition with your fellow interns.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising senior enrolled full-time in a college or university with a graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- We require at least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or management.
- You must hold a valid driver's license.
- Your driving record must have no more than 3 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- You must have no drug or alcohol-related convictions on your record in the past 5 years.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, and Operations Management.
