About the role#
This paid internship offers hands-on experience in business and leadership. You will work alongside full-time professionals, taking on similar challenges and responsibilities to learn how to run a business. This is a team-based environment where you will learn, grow, and contribute to daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Provide service to customers and build relationships with them.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with coworkers.
- Complete assigned intern projects.
- Engage in friendly competition with your peers.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration.
- Graduation date between now and May 2028.
- Minimum of three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during business hours.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Term: Winter 2027 (10-12 week commitment).
- Start Date: January 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- You must live in the Albuquerque area or have plans to relocate before the start date.
