About the role#
Entegris is looking for an IT Program Management Co-Op to join the team in Bedford, Massachusetts. This role is for the Winter 2027 season and lasts for 6 months. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, from January through June.
What you'll do#
- Consolidate and organize IT Program Management Office (PMO) artifacts like process descriptions and training materials.
- Recommend ways to improve how these artifacts are created, reviewed, and managed.
- Help develop new content and improve existing documentation.
- Maintain a backlog for artifact development tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to set plans and timelines for deliverables.
What you'll need#
- You are a third-year student pursuing a degree in Information Systems or Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management.
- You have experience with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft CoPilot or similar AI tools.
- You are detail-oriented and take a proactive approach to solving issues.
- You possess strong communication skills.
- You are currently enrolled in a university and understand the requirements for participating in a co-op program.

- The role is based in Bedford, Massachusetts.
- The work modality is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.
- This is a paid position.
