About the role#
Enerfab is hiring an IT intern for the Winter 2027 term. This paid, full-time position is based on-site in Blue Ash, Ohio. You will serve as the first line of support for internal clients, ranging from field staff to the executive team.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical assistance in person, over the phone, and through electronic channels.
- Install, test, and configure laptops, printers, VoIP phones, and peripheral equipment.
- Resolve technical issues using remote sessions.
- Assist with user onboarding by deploying new systems and hardware.
- Diagnose and document hardware and software problems.
- Use company tools including the ticketing system and knowledge base.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a collegiate program for Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems.
- Knowledge of computer network hardware.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for desk-side and remote support.
- Availability for periodic overtime and an on-call rotation.
