About the role#
Enerfab offers a paid Construction Management Internship for Summer 2027. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is designed for students who want a future in the industrial construction field.
What you'll do#
You will work with the project team to produce technical and commercial documents for active construction sites. Your daily tasks include using Bluebeam and CAD for 2D and 3D drawings. You will assist lead estimators with project bids and support various departments by managing specifications and scopes of work. You will also help with project closeout by reviewing change orders and gathering takeaways. Additionally, you will perform root cause analysis on project events to help improve safety and quality controls.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for engineering or construction management.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A self-motivated approach to your work.
