About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in technical writing, internal communications, and event coordination. You will work within our Business Services Office to help create clear communication materials and support various internal projects. You will collaborate with our Media, IT, and leadership teams to assist with special initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Create and update process flow documentation for business operations and training.
- Write internal communications such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.
- Help plan and coordinate employee events and recognition programs.
- Keep internal communication platforms updated and accessible.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with documentation and training material development is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Land O' Lakes, Florida.
- Term: January 11, 2027, to April 30, 2027.
- Schedule: On-site work required for 24 to 40 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship.
