About the role#
The Business Process Analyst Intern supports the Business Services Office. You will assist in the analysis and improvement of operational workflows while gaining hands-on experience in reporting and process optimization. Your work contributes to projects that improve efficiency and provide insights to management.
What you'll do#
- Prepare dashboards and reports using business process data.
- Analyze patient balances and denials to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support data analysts in developing predictive models for decision-making.
- Participate in special projects focused on automation and process flow optimization.
What you'll need#
- Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with large data sets and data tables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Exposure to programming tools such as R or Python is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site internship located in Land O' Lakes, Florida.
- The term runs from January 11, 2027, to April 30, 2027.
- You must be available to work between 24 and 40 hours per week on-site.
