About the role#
We are looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 term. This is a part-time role designed for students who want to gain hands-on experience in construction project management. You will work alongside experienced managers to support the delivery of projects from start to finish.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tasks on active construction sites.
- Help develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving.
- Monitor project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Help identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with field and office teams to maintain effective workflows.
- Adhere to all safety regulations to support a safe work environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a technical school, college, or university program in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts like scheduling and budgeting is helpful but not required.
