About the role#
We are hiring a Field Labor Intern to join our team in Kansas City. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role with a rolling term. You will work directly on heavy civil construction projects.
What you'll do#
- Support grading and excavation projects.
- Assist with the installation of underground utilities.
- Participate in tasks related to bridge and paving construction.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the job site.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- An interest in heavy civil infrastructure construction.
- The ability to work in a field-based construction environment.
- A commitment to following company safety and operational policies.
