About the role#
This is a paid internship within the claims department for the Summer 2027 term. You will work remotely and gain exposure to the insurance industry through hands-on experience and projects. The program provides opportunities to connect with mentors and network across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Assist the claims team in building data solutions to support decision making.
- Learn about our culture, business processes, and products.
- Develop an understanding of the insurance claims process.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, preferably in management or analytics.
- Completion of your junior year is preferred.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- An interest in pursuing a career in property casualty insurance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and good personal computer knowledge.

- This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
