About the role#
elliquence is hiring an HR intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Baldwin, New York. You will work 24 to 32 hours per week from August or September through December 2026. This role is paid at $17.00 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Prepare documentation and maintain both paper and electronic files.
- Assist with HR projects involving Standard Operating Procedures and company initiatives.
- Research HR best practices and benchmarks.
- Create reports and offer recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Develop presentations based on metrics and data analysis.
- Ensure high levels of precision and confidentiality in all communications and data handling.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master program for Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data processing and the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A logical approach to problem solving.
