About the role#
This full-time co-op position offers hands-on experience in the Human Resources department of a medical device manufacturing company. You will work alongside HR professionals to support daily operations and contribute to various functional areas, including talent acquisition, training, and administration.
What you'll do#
- Learn and operate within the UKG Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
- Assist with the development and revision of job descriptions.
- Support employee training initiatives and coordinate engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records.
- Contribute to special HR projects and gain exposure to day-to-day department operations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Hands-on experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with employee engagement and training processes.
- Proficiency in HR administration and knowledge of HR systems.
