    About the role#

    This full-time co-op position offers hands-on experience in the Human Resources department of a medical device manufacturing company. You will work alongside HR professionals to support daily operations and contribute to various functional areas, including talent acquisition, training, and administration.

    What you'll do#

    • Learn and operate within the UKG Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
    • Assist with the development and revision of job descriptions.
    • Support employee training initiatives and coordinate engagement activities.
    • Maintain accurate HR records.
    • Contribute to special HR projects and gain exposure to day-to-day department operations.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
    • Hands-on experience in Human Resources.
    • Experience with talent acquisition.
    • Familiarity with employee engagement and training processes.
    • Proficiency in HR administration and knowledge of HR systems.

    • Location: Somerset, New Jersey.
    • Term: Fall 2026 (August to December).
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Employment Type: Full-time, paid position.
