About the role#
This is a paid Winter 2027 internship within the Private Client Services team at EisnerAmper. You will gain exposure to financial statement preparation and tax filing procedures while working alongside professionals who support high net worth individuals and family-owned businesses.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial statements.
- Perform compilations and reviews.
- Learn the preparation procedures for federal and state income tax returns.
- Collaborate with the Private Client Services team to develop financial solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Accounting or an equivalent field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 0-2 years of recent public accounting experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Lafayette, Louisiana.
- The role is fully on-site.
- You must be available to work 24 hours per week across 3 business days, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- The program begins in early January 2027.
