About the role#
As a Human Resource Intern, you will join the Echo Trailblazers program for a 10-week summer internship. You will work alongside our HR team on daily projects to build your professional skills. This role offers exposure to real-business experiences and the opportunity to shadow individuals across different departments.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the HR team to complete a capstone project.
- Research and support various HR-related requests.
- Assist with Handshake recruiting campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Support the execution of internship programs.
- Complete additional tasks that arise within the HR team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a university as a rising senior.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship concludes.
- Ability to work in our Chicago office 3 days per week.
- Strong skills in problem solving, communication, time management, and project management.
- A genuine interest in the logistics industry.
- A coachable and professional attitude.

- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
