About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within the Supply Chain Management department at Ebara Elliott Energy. You will work on individual projects, participate in team activities, and shadow leadership during company and customer meetings. This is a full-time, paid position based at our headquarters for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze local and regional spend data on high-volume purchases to structure standardized Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages.
- Build system capabilities for Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) and automated supplier releases.
- Sync updated technical drawings using product lifecycle management tools.
- Maintain real-time lead times for the Approved Vendor List (AVL) to support enterprise AI analytics.
- Refine stocking and inventory transfer strategies to minimize excess material.
- Streamline downstream transactions across receiving, inspection, and invoicing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, having completed at least your junior year.
- A major in Supply Chain Management or Information Systems.
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Location & details#
- Location: Jeannette, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Duration: 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
