About the role#
This role supports the Office of Classroom Technologies at Duquesne University. You will handle daily operations and assist faculty with classroom equipment. This is a paid, part-time position available for the Fall 2026, Winter 2027, and Spring 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Provide first tier technical support for AV technology in classrooms via phone and in-person interactions.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Office of Classroom Technologies.
- Score Scantron exams for faculty members.
- Generate and deliver Scantron reports to faculty.
What you'll need#
- Current work-study eligibility.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
- Enrollment in Computer Science or Computer Engineering programs is preferred.

- This position is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- The role is strictly on-site.
