About the role#
This is a part-time, paid position based on-site in Pittsburgh. The role supports the Center for Student Involvement and requires availability during evenings and weekends. You may work up to 15 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily office operations by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Operate the Nitespot and reconcile outdoor games.
- Handle the distribution of organization mail and office keys.
- Maintain the lost and found area.
- Open and close the building.
- Assist with the setup and tear down of late night programs.
What you'll need#
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn new tasks.
- Familiarity with the Duquesne campus.
- Enrollment in Business Administration or Communications programs.
- Federal Work-Study eligibility.
