About the role#
Dubak Electrical Group is looking for a Prefab Project Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. This 10-week, full-time program provides hands-on experience in the design, planning, and execution of prefabricated construction projects within an industrial electrical manufacturing environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge of the project lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Learn the principles and benefits of prefabricated construction.
- Gain experience in the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Use CAD software and other engineering tools for prefab design.
- Apply quality control measures and safety protocols.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as design, procurement, and construction.
- Visit project sites to see engineering concepts in action.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering program.
- A basic understanding of engineering principles and CAD software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt.

- Term: Summer 2027 (starting June 7, 2027).

- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
