About the role#
The Production Intern supports day-to-day operations across planning, execution, and post-production. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end production workflows, allowing students to learn industry-standard processes and build a portfolio. This is an unpaid internship intended for academic credit only.
What you'll do#
- Assist with pre-production tasks including research, scheduling, call sheets, and asset organization.
- Manage production calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support content capture for video, audio, and photography projects.
- Assist with post-production workflows, including file management, logging, and basic edits.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across creative, marketing, tech, and operations departments.
- Track equipment inventory and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Perform general administrative and production support tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with eligibility to receive school credit.
- Interest in production, media, film, events, or creative operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic familiarity with production tools and software, such as Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro.
