    About the role#

    As an Embedded Quality & Fielded Systems Intern, you will work alongside engineers to support the full project lifecycle. This includes planning, requirements design, building, testing, and delivery. You will contribute to products that meet the Draper Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015, and specific customer requirements. You will work with task leads and engineering teams to address manufacturing processes, test equipment, and product requirements.

    What you'll do#

    • Design, develop, and enhance engineering solutions for technical problems.
    • Implement, test, and perform analysis on engineering products.
    • Generate and present test reports that include evaluation criteria, data plots, tables, and conclusions.
    • Complete assignments to build practical knowledge of engineering processes, systems, and equipment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate Science, Technology, or Engineering program.
    • Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • A self-directed learning approach and an exceptional academic record.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • A strong desire to learn and high attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
    • US citizenship.
