About the role#
This is a part-time, year-round co-op position based in the Midland Global Dow Center. You will provide administrative support to the Core Legal Practices team, working alongside paralegals and administrative professionals. This role requires a commitment of at least one full calendar year while you continue your undergraduate studies.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily office tasks including copying, scanning, filing, and sorting mail.
- Handle shipping and local document pickup or dropoff.
- Assist with contract and agreement distributions and discontinuances.
- Update Primary Dow Contacts for various agreements.
- Perform International Trade Organization sanctioned party screening.
- Order supplies and provide general administrative support to the team.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED and current enrollment in an accredited college or university near the Midland Dow site.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for commuting.
- Ability to complete at least 6 credit hours per term during Fall and Winter terms.
- Capacity to lift boxes weighing 10-15 pounds.
- Commitment to work at least one full calendar year.
