About the role#
This is a long-term, year-round co-op position based in Midland, Michigan. You will provide administrative support for the Consumer Solutions Process R&D organization. This role is designed for undergraduate students who can balance academic coursework with professional responsibilities for at least one year.
What you'll do#
- Serve as the Safety Admin for the department, including monthly reporting.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Enter purchase orders and process work requests.
- Schedule meetings and handle logistics, such as visitor passes and room bookings.
- Order and organize supplies for the building and kitchen.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Provide backup support to the administrative team and other co-ops.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Maintain at least 6 credit hours during fall and winter semesters.
- Live within 50 miles of the Midland Dow site.
- Ability to work legally in the United States. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- High school diploma or GED.
Location & details#
- This position is located on-site in Midland, Michigan.
- You must be available to work at least 16 hours per week during standard business hours.
- Attendance is required at the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
