About the role#
This paid internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in performance paid media. You will work with our team to manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms. Your work will support our key business and customer acquisition objectives. You will be paired with a mentor and have the opportunity to connect with senior leaders throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns.
- Manage budgeting and pacing to keep campaigns on track.
- Optimize creative assets and ad copy to improve performance.
- Contribute to the strategy and execution of campaigns on search, social, and display channels.
- Use data to analyze performance and generate insights.
- Complete an individual project and participate in a group project with other CMO interns.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and July 2029.
- Previous marketing experience, specifically in paid media or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- A detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other DSPs is a plus.
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour.
