About the role#
Bisnow is looking for an intern to support the marketing and logistics for our HOA event series. You will work with the Florida team to manage the attendee pipeline and registration process. This role is project-based and tied to the marketing cycle of our events. It requires roughly 5 hours of work per week for 10 to 12 weeks per event.
What you'll do#
- Send scheduled email blasts using Salesloft and track engagement in a master document.
- Review complimentary ticket applications and apply qualification guidelines to approve or flag requests.
- Enter approved attendees into the backend registration system.
- Add approved attendees to Google Calendar invites.
- Send personalized approval emails and a final reminder email to attendees before each event.
What you'll need#
- You must be based in the US.
- Strong written communication skills for attendee-facing emails.
- High level of organization and attention to detail for managing lists and recurring tasks.
- Comfort learning new software tools, including Salesloft, Google Forms, and internal registration systems.
- Reliability and responsiveness during the active event marketing window.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position.
- The role is paid at $14 to $15 per hour.
- This is a part-time internship with a rolling term.
