About the role#
Doing Things is hiring a Talent Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid, remote position. We are looking for someone to help our Talent Producer and Director of Production manage creator relationships and identify new talent for our media brands.
What you'll do#
- Review talent pitches and rosters to identify creators who fit our brand voice.
- Maintain our internal talent and casting database.
- Monitor social media to spot rising talent before they reach mainstream popularity.
- Communicate with agencies and talent managers to collect submissions.
- Track social media trends and viral moments to inform our talent strategy.
- Recommend creators for brand collaborations and original content opportunities.
- Coordinate with our creative and brand partnership teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Deep familiarity with social media trends, viral content, and digital creators.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
- A solid understanding of the Doing Things brand and humor.
- A self-starter mindset with a desire to learn.
