About the role#
This is a 90-day internship for Summer 2027 based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will work with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to improve reporting, visibility, and performance across our retail network. This role involves hands-on work with business systems, data analysis, and retail operations.
What you'll do#
- Build, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using company business systems.
- Analyze Point-of-Sale data to find trends and opportunities for better supply chain performance.
- Monitor daily POS system operations, including data flows and troubleshooting.
- Ensure sales, inventory, and transaction data integrates accurately between systems.
- Partner with Supply Chain, IT, and Operations teams to support system enhancements and process improvements.
- Document reporting processes and data workflows.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis on inventory management and demand trends.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Ability to organize and analyze large datasets.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., up to 40 hours per week.
- Status: This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
