About the role#
The Information Security Intern works directly with the Information Security Team to complete daily tasks and support strategic initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience and the chance to work with leaders across the enterprise. You will work on projects related to incident response, network security, and web application security while receiving mentorship from technology leaders.
What you'll do#
- Perform incident triage and management using prevention and detection technologies.
- Analyze network penetration results and create remediation plans.
- Manage patches and vulnerabilities for workstations and servers.
- Assist with security initiatives alongside the Applications Development, Infrastructure, and Operations departments.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A motivated and positive attitude.

- Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027 (approximately 10 to 12 weeks).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
