About the role#
This year-round internship offers a series of semester-long rotations across various finance and accounting departments. You will gain experience in areas such as general accounting, project controlling, operations finance, sales controlling, and financial planning and analysis. You will work on real-world assignments and participate in professional development sessions with company leaders.
What you'll do#
- Complete rotations through different finance and accounting departments.
- Support project forecasting and variance analysis.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and month-end close activities.
- Conduct cost center reviews and analysis.
- Perform basic accounting tasks like reconciliations and journal entries.
- Forecast and budget for sales order intake.
- Identify process barriers and find ways to streamline workflows.
- Participate in team-based projects and Future Talent Programming events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Standing as a sophomore, junior, or incoming senior.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer.

- This role is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
- You must be able to work on-site and travel as required.
- This is a paid, year-round internship.
