About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our Encounter Data team. You will support our Medicaid and Medicare programs while gaining hands-on experience in data operations and business analysis.
What you'll do#
- Triage incoming questions about encounter claims data from the user community.
- Provide tier 1 support to help users with troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update team process documentation.
- Assist with reporting tasks to support encounter data functions.
- Work alongside analysts to build your business knowledge.
- Help analyze and validate various encounter data reports.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills.
- An analytical mindset.
- Attention to detail.
Location & details#
This is a part-time, paid internship based in Okemos, Michigan. The role follows a hybrid work model. We do not provide sponsorship for this position.
