About the role#
This is a 16-month internship in Aerostructure Engineering starting in January 2027. You will work on-site at either our Calgary, Alberta, or Victoria, British Columbia location. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support Type Design Change projects and review DAO documents.
- Participate in integrated product development teams for the engineering change notice process.
- Create and modify 2D or 3D manufacturing data using CATIA, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Review existing engineering drawings and draft changes to support design projects.
- Troubleshoot digital definition issues and technical manufacturing problems.
- Perform simple root cause analyses under the guidance of Methods Engineers.
- Apply knowledge of stress analysis, material properties, and aerospace processing methods.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master engineering program.
- Preference is given to students pursuing degrees in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- You must submit your academic transcripts with your application.
