About the role#
Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. offers a 9-week Management Internship during the summer of 2026. This program provides an introduction to the transportation industry. Interns who complete the program successfully are considered for the Management Trainee Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Learn the functions of different roles within the Service Center.
- Gain knowledge of Dayton Freight policies, procedures, and philosophies.
- Contribute to the daily success of the Service Center team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration.
- Basic math skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during the program.

- This role is located in Madison, Wisconsin.
- The position is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship.
