About the role#
As a Business Administration Intern, you will support operations and organizational growth. You will work with various teams to gather, analyze, and structure information for decision-making and project execution. Depending on your background and business needs, you may be placed in departments such as procurement, finance, logistics, information technology, continuous improvement, or project management. This role reports to the Director of Contracts.
What you'll do#
- Analyze, document, and improve business processes.
- Collect and synthesize data to support operations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and administrative presentations.
- Coordinate and track project activities.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and working groups.
- Maintain administrative documents, procedures, and work guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective information flow.
- Conduct research and comparative analyses to recommend improvements.
- Support transformation and optimization initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the deployment of business systems and tools.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a university program for business administration, operations management, human resources, finance, accounting, supply chain, or logistics.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Rigor, organization, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple files at once.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability in a changing environment.

- Location: Lévis, Quebec, Canada.
- Type: Full-time, on-site internship.
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled in studies and the internship must be recognized by your educational institution.
