About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will deliver care to patients while gaining professional experience in pharmacy practice. This part-time role focuses on patient health, operational support, and team collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Provide exceptional care to patients and customers.
- Support pharmacy operations through inventory management, workflow organization, and quality assurance.
- Manage and adopt patient care programs to improve health outcomes.
- Lead with empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Foster a team culture centered on energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Administer patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Assist with pharmacy professional practice and regulatory compliance.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and visual acuity.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
