About the role#
The EIC Summer Intern program is an eight-week opportunity for rising college juniors and seniors to gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate. You will work directly with a team to support business activities and client service projects. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist teams with daily tasks and project execution.
- Review real estate documents, such as leases and appraisals, and prepare summary reports.
- Shadow senior professionals during transaction negotiations and documentation processes.
- Support outreach efforts to potential clients.
- Create materials, pitch decks, and client deliverables.
- Track project timelines and generate status reports.
- Participate in on-the-job training, mentorship events, and internship programming.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- A high sense of urgency and the ability to work well under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts (125 High Street).
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to July 30).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Requirements: Permanent US work authorization is required. We do not provide relocation or housing assistance.
