About the role#
This requisition is for current Cummins interns and co-ops who wish to be considered for conversion to a new assignment. To be eligible, your current assignment must end between July 1 and September 30, 2025. This process is restricted to U.S. salaried students with previous Cummins experience.
What you'll do#
- Submit an application to this requisition to enter the conversion process.
- Upload an updated resume that reflects your most recent experience at Cummins.
- Await a review of your qualifications, which may include a survey process if you are not selected for a direct conversion by a hiring manager.
- Watch for an email from MyHR if you are aligned with an available position during the review cycle.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Cummins intern or co-op.
- Your assignment end date must fall between July 1 and September 30, 2025.
- You must have an updated resume ready to attach to your application.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology is preferred.
