2025 - Summer Intern Co-op Conversion

About the role#

This requisition is for current Cummins interns and co-ops to be considered for conversion into future assignments. This process is intended for U.S.-based salaried students with assignment end dates between July 1 and September 30, 2025.

What you'll do#

• Submit an application to this requisition to be considered for the conversion process.
• Upload an updated resume that reflects your most recent experience at Cummins.
• Participate in a review process where functional talent scouts evaluate student and manager surveys, education levels, majors, and skill sets against available positions.
• Receive notification via MyHR if you are aligned with a new role or if no positions are currently available.

What you'll need#

• Current or recent Cummins internship or co-op experience.
• Enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Assignment end dates falling between July 1 and September 30, 2025.
